Something wrong with your order?

If your print arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll get a replacement in production immediately.

We don't make it complicated. If something isn't right, we fix it.

Response time

We respond to all emails within one business day. If you email on a weekend or public holiday, you'll hear from us the next working day.

We're a small studio. There's no ticket queue or support tier. Just an email and a response.
