We stand behind every order we ship. Read on for everything you need to know about how your print gets to you.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate of $9.99.
Made to Order
Every print is made fresh to order, never pulled from a shelf. Your order goes straight into production the moment it is placed.
Production Times
All production times are in business days. Weekends and holidays are not counted.
- Unframed fine art prints: 1-3 business days
- Framed prints: 4 business days
Shipping Times
- All orders: 4-6 business days after production
Packaging
- Unframed prints ship in rigid mailers to prevent bending or damage in transit
- Framed prints ship in reinforced corner-protected packaging
Delivery Area
We currently ship to US addresses only. All orders are printed and shipped from US studios.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Use your tracking number to follow your order to your door.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@hookdstudio.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged item. We will send a replacement as quickly as possible.
