We stand behind every print we make. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Read on for everything you need to know.


Change of Mind Returns

Sometimes something looks different on the wall than it did on the screen. If your order isn't the right fit for your space, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery for store credit.

To be eligible:

  • Request your return within 14 days of delivery
  • Item must be returned unused and in its original condition and packaging
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility and cannot be refunded
  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue

To start a return, email us at hello@hookdstudio.com with your order number and we will provide the correct return address. Do not return items to the address on your package.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We apologize if your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. This is not common and we will resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@hookdstudio.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • Photos of the packaging as it arrived
  • Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • Any additional supporting information

Once we have confirmed the details, we will send a replacement for the affected item. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for replacement only and are not eligible for a cash refund.

Quality and Craftsmanship

Every HOOKD print is made to order using archival giclée printing on 200gsm fine art paper. Because each piece is produced individually, there may occasionally be very subtle variations in color tone depending on your screen calibration and viewing environment. These are not defects.

If your print arrives with damage caused during transit or a genuine printing error, we are here to help.


Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Gift cards
  • Digital items
  • Personalized or customized orders
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window
  • Items not in their original condition and packaging

Can I Cancel My Order?

Because every print is made fresh to order, we begin processing immediately after purchase. If you need to cancel, contact us at hello@hookdstudio.com within 2 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to help. We cannot guarantee cancellation after that window.

If your order has already been processed, you can return it on delivery under our standard returns policy.
