The Catalog

How often do you add new prints?

New work is added to the catalog on an ongoing basis. Join the email list to get notified when new prints go live.

How do I find new arrivals?

The New Arrivals collection is always up to date. You can also filter by newest on the All Prints page.

Can I request a specific subject or style?

Not currently. HOOKD is a curated catalog, we add work on our own schedule. If you'd like to be notified when new collections launch, join the list.

Do prints sell out?

Occasionally. If a print is out of stock, the product page will show as unavailable. Contact us at hello@hookdstudio.com if you'd like to know whether a specific print will be restocked.


Prints and Quality

What are HOOKD prints printed on?

All prints are produced on 200gsm fine art paper using professional giclée printing with archival-grade, UV-resistant pigment inks. The same process and materials used by galleries and museum print studios.

What sizes are available?

9x12 in, 12x16 in, 18x24 in, and 24x32 in. All prints use a 3:4 aspect ratio. See the Print Quality page for full specs.

What formats are available?

Unframed print (rolled in archival tube), Standard Framed in black, white, and natural wood (solid wood and plexiglass cover). See the Framing Guide for detail on each.

Will the colors look the same as on screen?

Giclée printing is specifically designed for accurate color reproduction across a wide gamut. Monitor calibration varies, but our fulfillment partners produce to a high standard for color accuracy. If your print arrives and the color is materially different from what's shown, contact us.

How long will the print last?

Our archival inks are rated to maintain color integrity for decades under normal display conditions, away from direct sustained sunlight. If you're hanging it behind glass or in a low-light room, it'll last longer than you'll need it to.


Shipping and Fulfillment

Where are HOOKD prints fulfilled?

All orders are printed and shipped from US studios. Every order is produced fresh, not pulled from stock.

How long does fulfillment take?

Unframed fine art prints: 1-3 business days production. Framed prints: 4 business days production. All orders ship within 4-6 business days after production. Weekends and bank holidays are not counted.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free shipping on all US orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate of $9.99.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at launch. US orders only for now. International shipping will be added in a future update, join the list to be notified.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order dispatches.


Returns and Issues

What is your return policy?

If your order isn't the right fit for your space, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging. Contact us at hello@hookdstudio.com to initiate a return and we will provide the correct return address.

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost.

My print arrived damaged, what do I do?

Email hello@hookdstudio.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will get a replacement in production immediately.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or make a change, contact us immediately at hello@hookdstudio.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to catch it before production starts, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

Can I return a framed print if I don't like the finish?

Framed prints can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit if unused and in original packaging. We recommend reviewing the Framing Guide carefully before ordering, and if in doubt, ordering the unframed version first.


Account and Other

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and saves your details for future purchases.

How do I get notified about new prints?

Enter your email in the sign-up form on the homepage or any collection page.

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes. If your print arrives and there's a genuine quality issue, color, print defects, damage in transit, we make it right. No questions, no runaround. Contact us at hello@hookdstudio.com.
